Each staff member at Q & A Health Services participates in ongoing, continuing education programs.

Prior to employment, they are subjected to a thorough screening process that involves:

  • Criminal Background Checking
  • Drug Screening Tests
  • License/Certificate Verification
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications
  • Reference Checking with Previous Employers
  • Employee Performance Reviews
  • Personal and Panel Interviews
  • State Required Health Screenings
  • Job Orientation Prior to Placement
