Prior to employment, they are subjected to a thorough screening process that involves:
- Criminal Background Checking
- Drug Screening Tests
- License/Certificate Verification
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Reference Checking with Previous Employers
- Employee Performance Reviews
- Personal and Panel Interviews
- State Required Health Screenings
- Job Orientation Prior to Placement
